The Streamfab window has been laying for some time, always on the second screen above the taskbar. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly since when. But with 6.1.1.3 it was still fine. Maybe you can correct that.
Pardon me for jumping into your conversation with Mona but I'm not sure I understand what your problem is and I don't think Mona does either. Are you trying to say you have a multi-monitor display? What is the configuration? Is it two monitors, one above the other, and you want SF to appear in the bottom monitor? That's what I'm thinking now. I think Mona thinks you have just one monitor (as did I until a few moments ago) and is trying to come up with a fix based on that. Or maybe I'm the one that's confused. Usually a picture is worth a thousand words but I'm still not 100% sure I understand what you were trying to show in your initial screenshots. I'm not sure I understand what you wrote either.
You said,
The Streamfab window has been laying for some time, always on the second screen above the taskbar.
What do you mean by "laying for some time"? I realize, based on the language shown in the screenshot, that your primary language appears to be German. Perhaps you would feel more comfortable giving a longer and better explanation of your problem here in Deutsch and we'll deal with the translation on our end?
You're not the only one. Ever since this thread started, i have looked at every reply trying to understand the issue. The multiple monitor finally made the picture make sense.
In any case, when i first bought StreamFab, i tried to use it in fullscreen mode and it never really worked well. Especially with HBO Max where i had to click to the left of an item to actually click on that item. I figured the Qt skinning engine was to blame so i started using StreamFab in windowed mode and all issues disappeared.
I see his issue seems to be when he is using it in fullscreen. I think it is displayed behind the taskbar.
So my first suggestion would be to use it in windowed mode. Second suggestion would be to enable auto-hiding the taskbar. Last suggestion would be to "fake maximize" the window by resizing it manually to fit the entire screen. Either of these would mitigate the issue. It's not a fix but at least you don't have the problem anymore. Nobody understands more than me (well maybe Chameleon does ) that we all just want the program to work. It's annoying to always have to find workarounds for such an expensive program.
That said, i have 2 monitors and i tried replicating the issue but i couldn't. I disabled the auto-hiding the taskbar and maximized it and it still works fine.
My best guess as to why it may work for me and not them is both my screens has the same resolution of 1920x1080. They seem to have different resolution on each screen and a very weird resolution for the 2nd screen.
