Crackle crashes StreamFab

Edit: I installed an older version that I still had the installer for. 6.1.0.5. It is working for the title that 6.1.3.2 crashed.


Earlier today I successfully downloaded S1E1 of "Last Resort" from Crackle. Later in the da,y I tried to download more episodes. I can select the episodes I want and and click "Download Now". But In a few seconds it crashes with the message below. It looks like it wants me to enter some info, but it doesn't give me a chance. It sends the report before I can enter anything This is with version 6.1.3.2 I unin stalled the program and re-installed but get same error. Log attached.

I spoke too soon when I said 6.1.0.5 was working. It did start the download without crashing, unlike 6.1.3.2. But it gets to 99% and says the download failed.

When you uninstalled the program did you also delete the contents of your Log and Temp directories? Make sure to do that.
Don't worry about being able to enter anything into the report. I don't think anyone has been able to. Certainly I couldn't when it happened to me in the past.

Thanks for checking. Today I was able to download the entire series. At first I got the StreamFab crashes described above. But when it crashed, the Crackle web interface within StreamFab said the video was not available to play. Try later. (Or something like that). I tried later and it worked.
