Actually it's the other way around for me for Futurama. It shows it is downloading at 240p but when you do a MediaInfo on the downloaded file it is revealed to be 1080p. It's surprising that there is a downloaded file at all because, as you say, the download is marked as a failure. Usually those are deleted by SF. And it is a failure, since I am unable to play it. We've had some problems in the past with videos that use the V_QUICKTIME format like this one. It is being used in both x264 and x265.
I believe I downloaded some What We Do... episodes the other day with 6.1.3.1 without any problem. I have not tried yet with 6.1.3.2. What episode are you having a problem with?

I just got a garbledy gook video, almost completely black screen with CSI, tried S10E14, 15, 16, all bad video.
The fox program appears to work on the same episodes. New DRM or server issue?

The QA team will test the two you reported.

In case another item is needed for testing, I'm having a similar issue with Solar Opposites Season 2 Episode 1.

Hi Mona, it's not just those two, it's throughout the whole provider.

You might want to give ABC (US) a try (abc.com) if you have a cable TV provider. Last time I used it, not long ago, it didn't use DRM per se. You just need to provide your MSO.

I've got this with Justified, downloading all season shows 240p however the videos don't play and don't have the correct time when opened. Only get a black screen with 14ish seconds of play time shown when opening with VLC

I opened a ticket yesterday with log files and images, no acknowledgement of it yet. I see Mona replied here.

I can't even get this far. Everything I try to download just gets stuck on analysis now, including selections I was able to download last week. I'm still using 6.1.3.1.

This issue appears to be very similar to that addressed in this thread:

Downloaded videos of recent episodes are resulting in files that are unusable. Videos have no audio track and when opened in VLC shows series of colored full screens. Subtitles are intact. So far I've found this to be a problem for Symon's Dinners Cooking Out (S04E12), America's Hidden Stories (S03E01), and The Food That Built

I can confirm this as well. All of my downloads for the last couple of days are playing with no audio and the screen is blank on everything I've tried.
