Remux fails at 100% and still gives you a file. It's obviously unplayable

Hopefully can get resolved quickly as some stuff is disappearing soon. Like Secret Invasions Episodes 1-3. The only way to get it at 1080p with StreamFab right now

whb mentioned a similar thread but an even more similar thread would be found at https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/softwa...ing#post422115. I did a whole bunch of research on the present HULU problem with not playing only to find out that I had done the exact same research with this listed thread. That was specifically about x265 and didn't show a false 240p download but they deal with the same main problem.

You appeared to have stayed out of this discussion other than saying that QA will look at it. Where do we stand now? This is a major setback to HULU users. Will this be fixed in this week's update? The developer was able to fix it once before. I would look in the same direction for a cure.

Is the downloaded file only about 10 seconds?

We could duplicate the 240p download and playback issue. And the developers suggest waiting for the coming version as they have made some adjustments to it, thanks for your time.

It's hard to say how long it was. It was just colored blocks that appeared randomly as depicted in the screenshot posted by MrKrawk above.

I'm looking forward to seeing what the developers have done to fix the playback issue in the next update. The 240p never got me as worked up as others here because a quick check with MediaInfo showed that the file (if it was playable) would be at 1080p. Purely a cosmetic bug that I knew could be easily fixed.

The problem with quick cosmetic bugs is that because they are so "trivial", they don't get fixed. The wrong audio pill being displayed has been there for several versions on Disney+ and i can't remember where else besides Hulu. Because of the low (IMHO) download limits, i will usually cancel the download if i see the wrong anything (Resolution, Audio, Codec) displayed.

This brings me back to the polling... I want polling enabled so people can vote on what is most important to them. So if 75% of people say they want something, it may sway the devs to concentrate efforts there. Obviously people probably don't care about what is being displayed as it downloads but i do, because of the credits system. But i am sure we could be shocked at what people care about.

I just may take today to install LimeSurvey on bbtools.ca and create a couple of polls to see what people care about...

I can confirm that the one I mentioned earlier in this thread, Solar Opposites S02E01, just downloaded fine and playback is good in 6.1.3.3.
