How do I "clean up the cache" to speed things back up

After I have downloaded a bunch, StreamFab64 begins to slow down and downloads begin to fail. I deleted the list of items already downloaded in the "Downloaded" menu which helped, but only a little. How do I clean up the cache of temp files to speed things back up?

Oh, without deleting my saved passwords...

I you delete just the Logs folder, it will help. Otherwise, it will delete passwords too.
