Actually, Hulu is completely broken, as seen in the thread.

I have uploaded log files in a support ticket.

The developers said that they have fixed the downloading issue with Hulu and the 240p problem, please watch out for the coming version. Thanks.

The garble playback problem is still under QA test, though.

The garble issue went away with the 240p fix. Apparently when set for h265, whatever the other problem was, it was related.

The "garble issue" was the issue. The 240p fix was the equivalent to fixing a typo. The resulting (unplayable) files were always 1080p and never 240p. Rely on MediaInfo for questions about a video file's resolution. Don't take StreamFab's word for it. The 240p probably appeared as a side effect of StreamFab's confusion about Hulu's video encoding. So, the proper way to look at it is that the 240p issue went away with the garble fix.
