6.1.3.2 (Win) UKTV Play only downloading 240p DRM MPD Module

As per the subject, I've noticed that UKTV Play is only downloading programmes in 240p resolution using the DRM MPD Module. These same programmes can be watched via a browser at a much higher resolution.

Examples include:

1. Dave Gorman Terms and Conditions Apply Series 1 Episode 1
2. Dave Gorman Terms and Conditions Apply Series 1 Episode 2
3. Room 101 Series 2 Episode 8
4. Room 101 Series 3 Episode 2

I'm using the latest 6.1.3.2 (Win) version of StreamFab.

I've just raised it as a ticket and sent a log but I wondered if anyone else had the same problem.

Is that what the program is telling you or did you look at the resulting file? It's doing this in other modules where it says its downloading 240p but the resulting file is 1080p.

One example is Hulu

Yes, the Frame Width of the files is 320 and Frame height 180.

The quality is blurry and the files are tiny (70 - 100mb versus around 1-1.5gb when the module was working properly a couple of months ago).

Happened to me too with STARZ! The dropdown list to select video resolution is gone and the download is a pitiful 240p. Went back to an older version. Nothing wrong with the provider (in this case STARZ).

Thanks oldschool. I've gone back to using version 6.1.3.0 (Win) and this has fixed the problem, so the issue is something that changed between version 6.1.3.0 and 6.1.3.1

I can confirm the same UKTV Play at 240p with latest 6135 but works OK back at 6130
