6132 viki not downloading, plus subtitles not downloading for some sites

since updated to 6.1.3.2, viki dowloading is not working for me. i also tried to download from some other websites but the subtitles cannot download even though the video download has no issue (MPD)

updated to 6.1.3.3, viki still not downloading. same for subtitles not appearing when video download for certain sites such as gagaoolala

For viki, the download box does not appear at all so i cant download anything from viki. as for the other (gagaoolala), please see log attached. the video download without issue but the subtitle file is not there, i do not have issue with that site previously

Just saw there is a new update to 6.1.3.4. however the same issue is still present. Viki download box is still not showing up. Gagaoolala still does not download the subtitles. I tried to download on WeTV and it only download the 1080p even though i select 720p. i tried again with 480p, the downloaded file is still 1080p.
