MAX and unable to streamload Hard Knocks

I can't get MAX to work to download "Hard Knocks". I do not have issues with any other downloads - any ideas? Is this a known issue? Is it only playable in 1080p and therefore not able to be downloaded? I have previous seasons. thanks in advance for any advice.

We could duplicate the download failure with the first episode of the Jets season of "Hard Knocks". The developers will arrange a time to look into it.
