    [6.1.4.0] Need Confirmation - Amazon 25 issue

    I'm looking for some confirmation that the following is, in fact, fixed in StreamFab 6.1.4.0 -
    Fix: A problem that only 25 episodes can be analyzed maximally when downloading TV shows from Amazon Prime Video.
    I need confirmations in order to mark the issue Resolved on the StreamFab Community Bug Tracker (SFCBT).
    Can I get confirmation from all the Amazon regions?

    The competitor recently released an addendum to their previous fix for the Amazon 25 episodes issue to fix additional countries covered by the PrimeVideo website.
    Fix: PrimeVideo ("other" Countries) more than 25 episodes issue
    Does StreamFab's fix also cover PrimeVideo and the other Amazon locations?

      No go on "other countries" (PrimeVideo.com)

      This show has 31 episodes for Season 16 and StreamFab finds NONE.

      I found a bunch of shows with more than 25 episodes and those shows you cannot download ANY episode at all. That is a HUGE regression. Sigh...

        It doesn't personally affect me since I'm in a location that's fixed but it still burns my ass.

            That other app is VBR only on amazon, no CBR selection. I ditched it long ago!

              Its absolutely still broken, my issue with 540p and 480p in Netflix is probably on my end, I have no idea how to fix it, I wish there was a developer on this forum that could help me, I had to regress to V 6.1.3.3 to get 1080p in Netflix, every version after that I only get 540p and 480p in Netflix.

                This is so bizarre... I am stumped as to why this would happen for you and not others. It's kinda like before Discovery+ switched to DASH subtitles, on 1 machine i could get the Closed Captions to be embedded if i used MP4 but no matter what i tried, wouldn't work on this other machine.

                I wouldn't even know what to write in a bug report on SFCBT since i can't reproduce

                  Thanks for trying to help jpp72. The issue with the Amazon episodes is still broken for sure. I may try to send support an e-mail about my issues.

                        Please start a new thread for your problem.

                        And also tell us the video link, your country and the log.

                        Fix: A problem that certain Netflix videos can only be downloaded in 540p maximally.​
                        In version 6135, we have modify something for Netflix to download 1080p videos, maybe it's caused by this.


                        For the Amazon TV Show problem, we will check it again.

                          I feel like when the StreamFab crew tries fixing something, they break something else in the process all the time. I don't know. Maybe it's just me looking at things wrong.

                            This is getting ridiculous now.

                            v6.1.4.1 is even worse now. If you analyze a show that the season has more than 25 episodes on primevideo.com, you get NO DOWNLOAD POP-UP at all.

                            What is going on over there are StreamFab??? Why is there zero QA done??? A friend here on the forums is seriously considering discontinuing the use of StreamFab because of the poor QA and the constant fix this but break 3 other things nonsense.

                            I don't pay for a lot of software unless i feel it's something i will use often and the price is reasonable. The price of StreamFab is NOT reasonable and i still paid cause i use it every day but i am starting to regret it because of the amount of time i put into getting it to work properly. I have paid less that $50 for software with tons of features and i have never seen this whack-a-mole bullshit. I would never tolerate that and yet i do here. I guess i am hoping they get their shit together but i am starting to lose patience.

                            To top it all off, the forum software isn't even configured properly:
                            • Forum read state is saved with the user's browser so if you use different computers/phones/tablets, you don't know the last thing you read
                            • Posting a message takes forever. I think it's looking for duplicate posts but that should be disabled!
                            • The StreamFab versions prefixes haven't been updated since January 18th 2023
                            • The images get downsampled to a resolution that makes them unreadable/useless
                            • We cannot download the logs to try and help others. It could be because there is sensitive info but tons of software removes sensitive info so you can post publicly
                            • We cannot like posts so we can see what people engage with
                            Can anything be done right by ANY division of this company?

                            Fortunately for me, i never stopped using Sonarr, Radarr and NZBGet. I still get all my shows and movies but they are not at my preferred bitrate, codec, and subtitles but maybe i just need to learn to live with it.

                              I fully agree with what you say, I paid for two prime and discovery services and the first works when it wants the second I stopped using it because it doesn't work...sorry if I don't write English well but I wanted to let my opinion be known
