Roku Roku - Browser Not Supported Message (maybe Peacock solution?)

    (using 6.1.4.7 dev beta)

In the thread about Peacock getting stuck in analysis mode when a title is clicked, someone mentioned having issues downloading on Roku.

I noticed today that, DURING analysis (after a title is clicked in Roku), a brief message appears:

Name:	Untitled.png
Views:	364
Size:	28.5 KB
ID:	432234

Eventually it disappears and I get the prompt from SF to be able to download now, add to queue, or cancel. For this example, I added the item to the queue, and it is downloading now as I type this.

I'm wondering if, possibly, this is a similar issue happening when trying to download from Peacock, except this message (or anything similar) doesn't show up on Peacock, and the module just gets stuck in Analysis mode...

I doubt it because Roku has no direct relation to NBCUniveral (Comcast) and its various companies.

I was the one that had to use Incognito mode (not turn it off) in order to do two things on my Chromebook. 1) In order to watch any Live TV at https://www.xfinity.com/stream/ I had to be in Incognito mode. 2) I got stuck with 2FA set to ON at Xfinity.com and the only way to set it to OFF was to be in Incognito mode.

I think what you are seeing is that Roku is just misreading StreamFab's QCEF browser as Incognito mode. That's a Roku issue. I don't think it has anything to do with Peacock at all.

I apologize, I did not mean to imply Roku and Peacock were in cahoots, merely suggesting that maybe the Chrome Incognito Mode is causing the Peacock issues that some users (including myself) are experiencing currently...but unlike Peacock (where some users can't currently download anything because of it getting stuck in analysis mode), Roku just briefly shows that message and then moves on to the next step of being able to download.
