Max Subtitles missing words on Max

Has anyone here been having issues with MAX subtitles, I have been having this issue for a while. Thanks for any feedback. I am getting missing lines and all types of subs that don't make sense.

I've been reporting this for months, last post was with v6.1.5.1 and I'm still getting a mix of subtitles on the first 5-7 minutes of playback with Warrior and The Gilded age. It's a combo showing back and forth of original and what I'm thinking should be later. I kind of gave up and canceled Max, then I added the channel to my Amazon. Seems to work fine on it so far.

Maybe I will do that, we have a few guys at school that whom English is not their first language so when we all watch a movie in the Main Room, I like to use subs for them to understand, most are okay but there are a ton that are messed up like the ones rmcaw52 mentioned.
