No audio from a Netflix movie using StreamFab

go into streamfab settings - VIP Services - under audio channel - change "Multi-Channel 5.1 (EAC3 / AC3)"
to AAC audio then retry downloading from Netflix again and see if you have audio.

He already has it set to AAC according to the log.

Otherwise, the log is useless. It is totally about downloading from Amazon.

I'm using playback I believe the plex app on my apple TV

I just confirmed it works fine. Even "Atmos" audio at that.
What are you using for playback?

We can't try to analyze your issue or test your settings because you didn't include a copy of your StreamFab.log. Please refer to the sticky at the top of this forum as to how to post an issue. https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/softwa...eamfab-section

In order for the Staff, Moderators, and User Volunteers to possibly find the solution to your problem(s) they need as much information from you as you can possibly give. At the very minimum, please get in the habit of attaching your StreamFab.log with each report of an issue.

I was trying to download the movie Family Switch off of StreamFab and when I went to play it there was no sound and the file was only 358 MB. Why do I not have any sound coming from this movie and how do I fix it?
