Hulu Pre-cursor to DRM issue?

I was seeing some strange errors in Hulu prior to the DRM changes. Is this related or not? Usually while it is analyzing seasons, it starts to play the video for a second.
(I can still download the video, it just shows an error. Maybe it's like the no-HD playback error on Prime?) Yes, I edited out some details in case it points to me.

True, but the videos still downloaded ok. This error has been happening for weeks before the change. Just updated to 6162 and stills see the error.
Before the major Netflix module update, I was always seeing the "Pardon the interruption" error for a split second before it would download the video with no issue.
