StreamFab for Windows Still no sub titles

Running Streamfab 6.1.6.8

I submitted a complain six or seven months ago about lack of sub titles on various streams( Amazon, Netflix and Max). The answer I received was that the developers were working on the problem.As of today the problem has not been corrected. I tried downloading Guy Ritchie's The Covenant from Amazon and as usual the movie loaded perfectly but no sub titles. Basically this movie is unwatchable without sub titles, as are many other movies. Please update me on this situation. I have attached the log...

Which is it, Mac or Windows? And what's a nibbled apple?
I'm starting to think if we are not given a StreamFab.log that shows the full complete session, we ought to ignore the problem altogether. Too often, users are leaving out the opening information which is vitally important for solving their problem. I am definitely not implying that this is the case with this user, but that information also would indicate whether they are using a cracked version of the software. Coincidence?

I meant the Apple logo because the logo (prefix) in title.

But I overlooked the fact that jojomo specifies SF 6168,
which doesn't even exist for Mac, older posts covered Win.

The subs linked above were downloaded from SF 6168 without any problems.

Where necessary I add my own subtitles from opensubtitles.org (as an .srt file). You often have to test to make sure you have the correct subtitles for your version of the film but that doesn't take long.

are you able to get the subtitles if you select the "extract to srt" in streamfab settings ??

October262 thanks for the tip.I was able to download the subtitles using the "extract to srt" setting. I combined the two files and the subtitles were perfect. However it still doesn't explain why it still doesn't work with remux to file.
