Has anyone been able to rip extra features from MAX using Streamfab? It looks like there are some extended/Director's Cut versions streaming on Max under
extras.

Okay. I just feel as if everything I posted is the truth. If not, please feel free to enlighten me. For the last few years, yes years, I have endured 720p on HBO, reencoding on Amazon and Netflix, and that doesn't even work properly, and now I get logged out of Netflix before I can even re-encode anything. I am a customer. If we dont post our dismay, then the developers here will feel everything is fine. I didn't speak up for years hoping this would be fixed. But alas it has not been fixed, I have endured Screen recoding I have endured re-encoding, and now not even being able to use modules without some workarounds. If you dont open your mouth nothing will change. I speak the truth, if you have an issue with the truth, then complain to the management, dont try and stifle my comments.

I didn't say it was wrong - it's just that reading it on every topic is tedious and unhelpful.
You won't be able to reach anyone who could overlook the problems
and it won't speed up a problem solution either.

If you believe that constant repetition in every topic would make something better
and that would somehow have a positive influence on the management level,
then we obviously live in different worlds. Anyway, now you know that it annoys me.

John, whether you open your mouth or not isn't going to change them. I'm living proof of that. Jack and I took a chance, thinking that by joining their Influencers group, we would be able to influence them in the proper way to run their business. You were asked to join, and you turned them down, no, you didn't even reply back to them. That was your chance to open your mouth, and you didn't take it. As it turned out, Jack and me, as influencers, have no influence on them either, but we tried. It's all there in black and white in Zoom Chat how we promoted our ideas to them. For the most part, the chat was in a one way direction, coming from us. The biggest downfall was when Erika left the group and went back to marketing, probably making up those ridiculous marketing emails that users get. She was our translator, our liaison, and at times I felt she was our advocate. After she left, things died. Shortly after that, the DRM changed and things really died. As far as I can see, you can complain as much as you want. Every user here can complain as much as they want. It won't matter. I can't decide if they have no plan at all, or they have a plan, a bad plan, but they are sticking to it despite what anyone says. So, we'll all have to ride it out and see how it ends.

I couldn't agree more with everything you said. And you are most probably right, whatever I say won't make a difference at all. It was just my way of getting my frustration out in the open. I am sure others are frustrated also, but it's come to a point where I don't believe anything will ever change, this software was once good. The company was sold in 2019, and then Fengtao left and took Signals with him, and many of the great developers they had, Fengtao was the engine that pulled the train, a true developer. They were replaced by this new management that can't hold a candle to the old
regime. In a way it's sad. New customers come and spend their money because of an old reputation. I could go on but as I said, I don't believe anything will change. Just my point of view and frustration with the way things have progressed.

Germania, one thing you have to learn about Chameleon is that he is truly a chameleon. And for as long as I've known him, he's always been that way. By "that way" I mean that when there are problems such as our DRM change, he will spew out negative posts. But when things are going good, like a true chameleon, he'll be the first one to issue praise and celebrate the occasion. If we ever make it through this DRM roadblock, just wait and see. The colors will change, and the positive posts will spew.

Thank you Cats4U, you know me too well. I want this software to be the best it can be. I want this forum to be a great place to come and for everyone to be happy with new updates and look forward to great new additions to this software. It has indeed not been going the way I expected, and that makes me sad and frustrated. As I said, we have waited with bated breath for each update to appear with good news, but alas that has not been the case. If anything the developers here have taken the easy way out. Did they think re-encoding was the answer, well I hope they think it is a temporary answer because if this is the direction they have taken, they are lost.
