Hulu Trouble downloading some shows

Specifically, Family Guy S22E15 and Simpsons S35E15. They will analyze, then start to download at a ridiculously low rate (single digit Kbs, I have broadband), which results in a failure after a couple of minutes. However, the latest Bob's Burgers episode downloads with no problem.

Found the solution. For those who have Hulu live TV, if you record any show to the cloud dvr, you will not be able to download it with Streamfab until you delete it.
