I'm probably not the best person to ask this question as I have hearing issues, but from what I've observed, it seems to be ok. I just haven't been able to have a basis of comparison to download the same show direct from the source compared to the same "source" as a Prime channel add-on.
The Prime Paramount+ subscription content will be pretty much the same as that on Paramount+, absent a few random videos. All Prime subscriptions have a free trial period, so if you're curious about comparing audio quality it won't cost you anything.
