StreamFab General Query Feedback function for Streamfab support

    A tip

If you send your problems in Streamfab via the feedback function, a support ticket will be opened automatically in the members area. The log files will be added automatically. If you do that, you should always use the latest version of Streamfab.

Because the first thing the support says is to update to the latest version. It can sometimes be a bit tedious to write to them. But I reported a small problem in mid-May that was fixed in the next version.

At the moment I don't know if it makes sense to post log files here in the forum. Cats4U or jpp72 , maybe you can say something about log files, who else can open them besides Wilson?

Although i still can read the log files, i don't/won't.

Cats4U & I were supposed to have a say on the direction of StreamFab, have inside knowledge of upcoming features, help prioritize them along with bug fixes and other things.

The reality was the moved their Paid Mod/Admin Mona to a different part of the Forum and had us unpaid suckers do all the work. At least i got some free licenses out of it but the frustration of seeing small but very annoying issues linger for months and all our advice completely ignored left a real bad taste in my mouth.

Although i still have my access somehow, i ain't doing shit when it comes to moderating. I resigned and left the Zoom chat and nobody batted an eye so obviously i wasn't valued.

As far as i am concerned, i am a user of StreamFab and i will just make noise to get shit that affects me fixed. I am exhausted.

I agree totally with what Jack wrote above. I personally don't have access to read log files any longer or anything else of a Moderating or Administrative nature. And I like it that way.

Well, then my tip isn't so bad after all. Maybe it will deter people who have never written anything here before. Their first post is usually "It doesn't work". As long as there are no more moderators here, log files are unnecessary. Wilson certainly doesn't read them.

Try to resolve a problem you have through the support center. I mean, what do you have to lose? All you need to do is report a problem you have with the 6181 and see what happens :-) You just shouldn't get upset because they only send you text blocks at first...
