Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan isn't a channel. It's Amazon. I saw issue there.
Turns out i had 10 download credits left...

Like i said, my US downloads machine's v6.1.8.2 was acting up so i used Total Uninstall (unregistered 30-day trial version) to remove StreamFab and i deleted the DVDFAb folder from my %AppData%\Roaming folder.

I then installed v6.1.8.3. For my Canadian machine i had done an Uninstall with Revo maybe 2-3 weeks ago. My v6.1.8.2 was fine so i just did a regular upgrade with the 6.1.8.3 offline installer.

KidJoe, Jack Ryan is "old" and The Boys S04 is brand spanking new.

I am wondering if you had already downloaded JR S04 before and if it was still listed in your history when you tried yesterday.

Grasping at straws here but could it be that the name is cached somehow and that is why it is not working but The Boys is?

If you go back to your history and find a show you downloaded before 6.1.8.x, could you try to download it again and see if the problem occurs?

If it occurs, then try to delete it from the history and download again?

That's probably not the issue but the QA specialist in me wants to find the root cause

So, I think I understand what you're asking, but will it make a difference if I had already deleted log and temp folders, and on the home tab, scrolled down to recent history and selected Delete History before doing these downloads?

Basically i want to know if you go to the Downloaded section, are these there (Jack Ryan S04) ? If they are, can you delete them by clicking the X and try downloading again?

IIRC, deleting History or Temps and Log folders keep your download history. But i could be wrong

              Take a look at this:
I have StreamFab 6.1.8.3 and trying to download Season 3 of Resident Alien. It downloads Episodes 1-4 fine. For episodes 5 & 6, it downloads the audio fine, be very slowly, then attempts to download the video at the same very slow speed. They eventually fail. Then it goes onto Episode 7 and it downloads fine and so does

Or you can choose to delete the configuration when uninstalling the software, then clear the cache and try again

Download tab was cleared before I added anything to the queue. And temp and log folders, and history on home tab also were cleared since I last downloaded Jack Ryan and Big Bang. And I don't recall If I downloaded Big Bang via Amazon or Max downloader

This was the first time I tried downloading The Boys.

I'll go back in when I get a chance, clear everything from all places, and try again.

Thanks, but I'm only posting to illustrated that its not 100% working, that "for me too" these values sometimes come in correct, other times don't. So I'm not going to go through all those steps of manually upgrading everything.

I'm not planning on uninstalling anything either. I don't use this feature, so I'll let anyone that uses this feature and needs it working to deep dive into Troubleshooting.

I don't mind doing more basic troubleshooting. I've already done the clear temp and logs, and clear history.

And that's the way it should be. As I've written several times, this not for everybody, nor do I state that it will fix anything. I just like to have the latest versions of programs in use. I posted it for those that feel the same way and are willing to take a (small) risk on what I have written will work for them.
