What bugs do you want to see fixed first?

Because in China, it is necessary to use VPN to access Netflix, Disney, Amazon, YouTube, and Max, otherwise these websites cannot be accessed

I can access on my primevideo account and disney without a vpn. Netflix is broke but there's a bug.
You can login by sign-code but if you send the request from Streamfab, this error show-up.



If they can fix it, we can login without any issue otherwise we can't.

Hat nichts mit Streamfab zu tun.
Rechenzentren sind geblockt. Mich wundert es actually wie du dich in Disney einloggen kannst.
Ich kann es in meinem Fall z.B. nicht

Amazon und YouTube hat dieses Blocksystem nicht, deswegen kann man sich da auch normal einloggen.
Und Max juckt mich nicht die Bohne, da es ohnehin keinen Content auf deutsch hat (meines Wissens nach)

Würdest du mal einen normalen Browser benutzen und es darüber probieren, würdest du da schon sehen, dass das nicht möglich ist.

As i said before, sign-in by code that you get by email, works. I just tested on my browser with a friend's account who live in another city.
With streamfab you can't do that unfortunately but if Streamfab can remove the nag when you send the request, would be good.

About disney works good with nord vpn and with my original ip.

Most things work with a VPN.
but just an ip from a data center does not work with most providers.

i've never done the sign in code thing, so i can't say anything about that...

i use my own ip from home for netflix
when i use the one from a vpn i usually get corrupt files (audio missing, subtitles missing, video missing - randomly)

but i'm not sure if it's the vpn or streamfab - probably a mixture of both.

Here are the log files from Amazon Germany and Joyn Germany.

If a video is loaded twice, the file name is overwritten with a 1.

At the problem only occurs with TV shows.

You can delete all the directories in the Log folder, if you want. They will come back as needed. When StreamFab is having problems, usually the first thing tried to try to fix it is to delete the contents of the Log and Temp folders.

Wait, are you asking what log you need to send in? You need to send just the streamfab.log from the StreamFab folder. Actually, no one has access on the forum to read the log except Jack or KidJoe, and I'm not sure whether either are going through them to try to solve whatever problem someone might have. Whether Wilson is going through them is anyone's guess at this point. Probably the best method to report a problem (and the way that Management seems to want you to use) is via the Feedback feature within the StreamFab program. That will send the log and other important information directly to the staff (supposedly).

Cats4U , Wilson.Wang asked me for the log. That's the only reason I'm posting it here.

I deleted the log folder before I started recording the problem. That way the logs only contain what might be needed...

Currently StreamFab only shows the maximum bitrate and not the actual bitrate.

This was not the case in older versions.
