    Must change computers...

I have a lifetime subscription to StreamFAB, witht the key on this computer -- somewhere; StreamFAB still works on this computer, so I know it is here, buried where it can be found when checked for by the software.

But it doesn't work very well anymore, as this is a Windows 7 computer that cannot be upgraded to Windows 10/11.

I have a desktop and a laptop that are both running Windows 11. Can anyone tell me how to transfer my key to one of those computers?

    Thanks a bunch!

in the downloader you can deauthorize yourself otherwise here:

I think you can only do this once a year or so via the website.

No need to transfer "key", the verification is done on their server live every time you open the app. Just deactivate/deauthorize Streamfab from your old computer (or you can leave it there, as long as you don't use them at the same time), download and install Streamfab on the new computer, and authorize it when prompt using your account email and password.(To deauthorize, click on the "hamburger" on the upper right corner, then click deauthorize)

If you can still get at StreamFab on the current computer, use the StreamFab menu and select Deauthorize. On the new computer, either during or after install you'll be prompted to authorize or use as trial. If you select Authorize, enter your StreamFab User ID and Password. If you already hit Trial, then use the StreamFab menu and select Authorize.....

Also, if you purchased the All-In-One with Lifetime License, its possible you have licenses to use StreamFab on more than one computer. To check, visit -> https://www.dvdfab.cn/member.htm and Sign in. From the left, select License, from the right select StreamFab. You'll see how many licenses you have, how many are in use, and the MAC address of the Network adapter in each PC.

You also have the option to deauthorize select computers. This is a great option if you can no longer get to StreamFab on that PC.

In this screen shot, you see I have 8 total licenses for StreamFab, with 5 in use.
