try again in a couple of days and see if the episode will download, since it is a new release video
the new episodes may not be fully in their servers yet.

Use the feedback function in Streamfab. Support automatically receives the log files. A support ticket will be opened in your account on the Streamfab website. In it you can see the further progress and answers from support.
