    Bait and Switch

The other day I decided to look into purchasing additional StreamFab products that are not currently in my All in One package. There are 17 items that can be purchased and when I clicked on the License info tab in my StreamFab application it indicated: "Complete Your AIO -- $69 for 17 new products". However, when I clicked on that link, it took me to a page where instead of $69 I needed to pay $99 instead. I then filed a ticket with StreamFab asking them to provide me with a method to purchase the products at the $69 price advertised. I included screen shots showing both the $69 offer from my application and then the $99 required payment when that link was followed. (See attached)

The reply that I received was not actually a reply to my request but simply a statement that when one purchases AIO, additional products later offered require additional payments. I replied that of course I knew that since I was trying to buy the additional products...the only question being how much I was required to pay. The response to me from that was: "Hello, the price is counting from $69." Since that response was a nonsensical response, I reiterated my inquiry.... but the response was essentially that if I wanted to update to the remaining products, it would cost me $99.

    Not pleased.

I am speculating here because I have navigated this maze several times.
If you expand the details, I suspect you are being offered extended download service as well as new products guarantee.
If you already have extended download you can disable that, it won't take it away from you.
New products guarantee is its own thing. It sort of "future proofs" you from any additional modules coming out and you having to buy them.

The short answer is no, that is not the case. The extended and additional items you refer to would be in addition to the $99 price that StreamFab now wants me to pay just for those 17 products.

I wondered if that could be a currency exchange issue, but I knew that was unlikely. I went through the motions to see. For me the offer was $89. On the second page it had preselected "Streamfab for Android" and "extended download". I deselected both, and was back to $89. So, whatever's going on, it doesn't affect everyone.

If only!! No, that did not account for the issue. It is very simple, SF said $69 in one place. But said $99 when I went to pay. And refuses to honor the $69 advertised price.

You are getting Fab365 mixed up with All-in-One

No. That reference to FAB 365 is just an advertisement for that product that appears on that page. If you look at the square boxes just below that, you can see the outline around the StreamFab app which indicates that the pricing is for StreamFab. Also, just next to the $99 price is the box showing the StreamFab app. And of course, it shows that I currently have 32 StreamFab products installed, and the pricing is for the 17 additional.

Their whole pricing structure is wrong.
