    It's not working. Error code 319. Stop spreading fake news. 6.1.9.1 is broken.

        you're not spreading fake news, it's just that MAX doesn't work in multiple regions from recently. there are many reports.

              Are you sure (the people that it doesn't work for) that you are not still on HBOMax? It's working fine in my region.

                  All MAX in Europe is MAX - except BE + NL

                  HBO Max is currently available in these countries:
                  Belgium and Netherlands => info

                    oh, for once it seems the eastern europe is not the last for something
                    we're usually always the last in line for such switches.

                      I think in Germany it's Sky's fault that we don't have it yet! I also want to say that I can't download 4K on Max!

                        Correct in "DACH" (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
                        and UK/IE has Sky a exclusive Deal - so no Max

                          I tried this again today using Nord VPN out of New York City. It Starts the DL and hangs at around 25% for a couple minutes and then completes.
                          But the output file is less than half of the 17.1 GB size it's supposed to be. I can play what was downloaded but it is only 30 minutes or so.
                          I've gotten this to work with 1080p. So my question is do you need to be subscribed to the Ultimate Ad Free plan for this to work in 4K?

                            I'm in the us and using max, no movies download for me. Trying in 1080p. It shows the progress bar and "downloading video" but nothing happens and then eventually errors out. Version 6.1.9.1

                              I'm in the US, using 6.1.9.1 and still only gets 720p. Nothing in 1080p
