When I try today, 862x466 is the best resolution I can select, no matter what video codec I select.

So yeah, something more going on, outside of the StreamFab app on our computers.

Apple has re-encoded - so Kid:Key changed and no more > SD offered

The new Kid start with 00000000358
the new Kid from audio encoded Aug 14 in #24 start with 00000000357

I see in untouched audio from "The Instigators" Encoded date: 2024-08-16

How did you get 1080 and 4K if it's not listed?

I am also only offered SD - so the key for FHD is probably no longer valid ..
all higher resolutions listed in log with: kid(00000000358e564a6335202020202020)

What do you want with encrypted 1080p without Key to decrypt?

If you see "green screens" than the title can only be decrypted in SD

I came across "green screens" as someone posted about it. So far episodes I've downloaded with green screens with 1080 HEVC Atmos...

I looked through MediaInfo for the file and I don't see that I used mkvmerge, but I do see Lavf60.3.100.

Who said anything about MediaInfo? I wrote,

Switch to either MKV (FFmpeg) or MP4 in your VIP settings.

If that wasn't simple enough to understand, Germania was kind enough to post a previous message I wrote, along with a screenshot, to show you the VIP setting I was talking about. For more information on the V.QUICKTIME issue when using MKVMerge just do a forum search (top right, choose StreamFab forum only in dropdown options) using the search word, V.QUICKTIME. This issue goes back a long ways, and we have had much discussion about it here on the forum in the past. In simplistic terms, the video shows up listed as being a V.QUICKTIME file by MKVMerge if it has been damaged in someway. FFmpeg and MP4Box label damaged video differently.

Cats4U talked about the VIP settings and you talked about MediaInfo ..
.. I always use mp4 in SF, so I don't know how it look if outdated Mkvmerge failed

However, if you take a look at the last 2 pages, it is obvious
that there are occasionally faulty files due to "bad requests"

Everything I have tried so far still only downloads in 480p from Apple.

Higher resolution mainly affects popular older titles.
But assuming the download works you still have the
advantage of H265 and audio better than 32k AAC

You have uninstalled 6194_x64 and 6188_x86 ?? unusual

After install you have not default settings and full dl history ..
.. so you should remove or better rename %AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab
and remove or better rename your SF Temp Folder
after this start the offline installer once again and set settings

"Message from shared memory" is for me
C:/Users/Germania/Documents/DVDFab/Temp/cache
yours: F:\Video\Temp/cache
looks weird => slash ≠ backslash

after start Apple service:
[Log]: Error: there is no available url
[Critical]: command: request server command failed

Both the x86 and x64 were there so I just uninstalled them both.

I just uninstalled again with also wiping out configurations. Then I deleted folder as well. Reinstalled and seems to be working now. So far still not seeing any improvement in videos downloading in better quality though. Everything I have tried so far still only downloads in 480p from Apple. Not really worth it at that quality.

Does this say that apple+ now supports 4k download?

Added support to download certain movies or TV Shows in 1080p/4k video quality.

(480p for all of videos, part of videos up to 720p/1080p/4K)

This is a MKVToolNix (MKVMerge) issue. Switch to either MKV (FFmpeg) or MP4 in your VIP settings.

So you can't be log-in - can you log-in in regular browser?
I can't see your attachment

I can't click on anything in the browser for Apple TV+ that is in the StreamFab software (Except the Search Text Field for some reason).

I can access Apple TV + fine in my normal web browser outside of the software.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I have rebooted my computer since the reinstall.

Here is the log file. I don't know why it didn't attached correctly last time.

I uninstalled and then did a reinstall. Still no luck with the Apple TV+ module. Can't click on anything. I get to the following screen and then when I try and click on things in the browser it does nothing.
