It seems that this topic has fully run its course. Every discussion that had anything to do with AppleTV (and some that wasn't) have been gone over in this topic. Nothing has changed from before the first post was made. Therefore, this topic will be closed.

The program generates a lot, and I mean "a lot", of files and make my drive full when I try to download these episodes. My SSD has 300 GB free and becomes completely full.

about the streamfab temp folder...when i moved it to a NAS, I later noticed the size of the temp folder was over 2.5 TB with 800,000 files
...so i deleted those files and moved the temp folder to an internal hard drive. ...and i gave up using streamfab on apple tv...maybe will try again
but i've just been using Mirillis Action to screen record.

All current new releases (or new encoded) are max 480p ..

This leaves the use of OBS Studio with better resolution, but poor smoothness and 2-channel sound.

Indeed, at such a low resolution, the video is only suitable for previewing content.
It loses the sense to buy a download plug-in from ATV+.

Higher resolution (including FHD) are limited to popular, older titles ..

Thanks for the DL. Indeed, at such a low resolution, the video is only suitable for previewing content. It loses the sense to buy a download plug-in from ATV+.

what you describe does not work.

Just because it didn't work for you - for whatever reason ..
.. is no reason for me to paint pictures myself.

I haven't used a trial version for over a year ..
.. but if your dl has never been started, no dl should be counted.


I can only state that there was no SF problem before the dl and no error during the dl.

The file I downloaded with SF 6198 is (max 6 days)

It was just a question and a guess - I don't have access (and don't want)
and have only seen announcements.

Is there an error or is the analysis missing?
If the latter, then it probably fits better in Feature Requests => here

Not able to download MLS games from Apple+

Major League Soccer are only Live broadcasts - no replay, or?

Has SF ever been able to download anything live?
I can't think of any provider supported by SF off the top of my head

I had this same issue a few weeks ago with E7 and E8. Tried them again a week later and they worked

You can also see on top of the page (#76) that it works ..
.. but not in all resolutions with H265

What was your selection (or result) ?


btw: My SF Temp SSD has always had <300 GB free and has never been full

Hi! This new version 6.1.9.7 works very fine in AppleTV most of the time. However, I'm downloading For All Mankind and some episodes doesn't download. The episodes are: For All Mankind, episodes S01E07, S01E08 and S03E06.If you need a log, please, tell me what to do. Thanks.

I had this same issue a few weeks ago with E7 and E8. Tried them again a week later and they worked
