Rakuten TV audio / video dramatically out of sync with German RakutenTV episodes

Dear support wizards,

I was trying to DL a different episodes from German streaming site "RakutenTV". StreamFab offers a module for the Asian version of it.

Here's the TV show. I tried the most actual version of SF from different computers and I always get audio and video complete out of sync:

Try using the DRM MPD module. Only the Japanese Rakuten is set up as a VIP.

and from manually dl i know: Audio is only in mkv okay ..
.. never in mp4 (so remux is crucial)

Unfortunately, I used the MPD (I did not try to use the module, but entered the link referenced in the thread starting post, MPD kicks in automatically and offers me to download all the episodes.
Unfortunately, I experienced what I described with MKV - never tried MP4.

You can possibly try yourself - I guess you don't need a (free) account to watch that stuff.

Result after DL and Remux.... totally async.

Not needed - it's unchanged for a long time ..
.. i think in this year it never works correct
And so long it's not in changelog, i'm hopeless

This referred to the manual download (without SF).
... and cost me over an hour, why mp4 was always asynchronous - without result.
Now I always use mkv (remux) -only for Rakuten- and then I save it as mp4

I also have the problem with Rakuten.TV from Germany with DRM MPD and synchronization.
The language is much more there and absolutely not synchronous.
