In 2023, the StreamFab products experienced rapid development. To accommodate the increasingly diverse needs of our users, we introduced the New Product Guarantee (NPG). Currently, StreamFab is dedicating significant effort and resources to maintaining our services. In September 2024, we've decided to make some adjustments to the NPG pricing, effective October 11, 2024.
This decision was not made arbitrarily; it has been the result of extensive discussions. We wish to convey this to you:

1. What is StreamFab NPG?
StreamFab NPG (New Product Guarantee) is a supplementary service introduced for users of StreamFab All-in-One. Upon purchasing StreamFab All-in-One, users have access to the features supported by StreamFab at the time of purchase. Should StreamFab extend support for an additional streaming service post-purchase, access to the download services for that platform would require a separate acquisition.
The introduction of NPG addresses this need; during the valid period of NPG, users can access any new services launched by StreamFab. You can choose to purchase it based on your requirements.
*Note: NPG is exclusively available for All-in-One users.
2. How to get StreamFab NPG?
* Until October 11, you can still purchase the NPG service at the current price.
- For new users: When you are purchasing StreamFab All-in-One, you can select NPG if you need.
Step 2: Choose the New Product Guarantee year or lifetime plan
Step 3: Confirm payment. New products released by StreamFab will be available for you to use during the valid period of StreamFab NPG.
- For current SrteamFab AIO members
Step 2: Click 'Extended service' from the left column, and choose 'StreamFab'. You can purchase NPG here.
3. Why do we decide to adjust the NPG price?
StreamFab has always been committed to providing a native download experience to our users. While many competitors in the market advertise themselves as 'video downloaders', they often rely on a re-encoding approach to save videos. This method comes with lower technical requirements and minimal research and development costs.
In contrast, our dedication to the native download model enables us to deliver the highest quality and faster speeds, but it also entails significantly higher costs, because each streaming platform necessitates profound analysis to grasp original streams and generate clear video files.
4. What does this change mean for you?
- Starting from October 11, the price of the New Product Guarantee (NPG) for both the Annual and Lifetime plans will increase by $20, which means the NPG 1-year plan will be updated from $39.99 to $59.99 and the NPG lifetime plan will be updated from $79.99 to $99.99.
- Until October 11, you can still purchase the NPG service at the current price.
We have invested heavily in StreamFab, and we have recently launched several highly requested services. Each of these VIP services requires comprehensive technical and market research to ensure that we meet our users' needs effectively. While we aim to continue expanding our offerings, the previous maintenance costs have made it challenging to sustain our current service quality without this pricing adjustment.
We understand that adapting to a new pricing structure takes time, but we are confident that these changes will ultimately enhance our ability to serve you better and accelerate improvements in our products.
