Amazon Audio not in sync with video

I'm having issues with the movie 'Einmal ist keinmal', the downloaded english audio is not in sync with the video, the downloaded german audio is in sync. When playing the movie in the browser, english audio is in sync.

I'm on Windows 10, using StreamFab 6.1.9.9, here are the download settings:

Click image for larger version Name:	grafik.png Views:	0 Size:	82.3 KB ID:	450853

Edit: How can I upload the Logfile? I add it in attachments and then click 'insert' to add the link in the post, but in the final post it wont shows up as "StreamFab.log" and the file is not there anymore. [ATTACH]n450865[/ATTACH]

choose AAC audio and see if the audio is still out of sync.

and/or try to change your VIP setting "Video Format"
If mkv (mkvtoolnix) used change to mp4 or mkv (ffmpeg) - info
      (I can't test currently myself)

      > How can I upload the Logfile

It should be enough, if you add attachment without insert

After work i found the log (thx4#ofAttachment) ..
.. you used mp4 (like my default) and there is no error in log.

So I tried myself (for faster test I used only 528p)

        > the downloaded english audio is not in sync with the video

So my first test with EAC3 English only .. and match: async
then I tested the same with mkv: also async
so I'm sure the fault is at Amazon

aac is fine - But if you prefer EAC - the audio length is ok ..
.. but not the start time, looks like 5,5 sec to late - I fixed with mp4box:
        Code:
mp4box -delay 3=-5500 -add "Einmal ist keinmal_de+en.mp4" "Einmal ist keinmal_de+en_fix.mp4"

Thx, muxing the english audio with a delay of -5500ms worked fine.

I had never seen this before, on Amazon it is synchronized and when downloading the file the synchronization is lost in several seconds.
            Strange indeed.
