DRM M3U8 m3u8 Downloader has issue

When I tried to download a video from this website: https://www.kableone.com/ using a DRM m3u8 downloader, I encountered an issue. The video did not download, and the audio was field is blacnk not available. When I clicked on download, it showed the following error message. Could you please help me figure out the issue and how to successfully download the video?

but the result has audio
