hi guys! i'm in Italy, and subscribed nowtv italy. Yesterday it downloaded fine, today the download is stuck at "waiting for download". I cleared all the temp folder, re-login onto the platform from SF, but nothing happens.... Any hint?

p.s.: the web browser inside the program (the site) reports "you may have exceeded the maximum devices streaming" or something like that

telling me that iv'e reached the device limit. but that's impossible. yesterday afternoon i had 100 downloads and downloaded about 60 episodes...nothing mode.... why today tells that? maybe i'll wait some days (i've paid for one year of NowTV, with huge discounts.... maybe i'll edit this post if there will be some news.

In the mean time, if some of you had any ideas on how to solve/clear this issue, i'll appreciate every hint.

This message certainly does not come from SF, but from nowtv

Watch on 1 device at a time – or up to 3 if you have NOW Boost or Ultra Boost

You can't manually remove a specific device from your account, but if there’s
a device in your list that you don’t recognise, you can secure your account
by resetting your password and then selecting Sign out of all devices.

maybe nowtb has interpreted the streaming download of SF as "many devices"? because it was opened only SF, not the web browser outside with the NOW page logged in.....

I don't have access to NowTV, so I can't test it ..
.. but you should be able to see your used devices here

I had time this morning to make some tests, and then i chatted with tech support of NowTV. I found a guy who's very kind...he suggested me to do, when playing something on web player, to pause the stream, then close the player, then exit the content (and so return to the home page, waiting a miunte or two, because the server side of that streaming can have the time to stop itself.
That error message could not occur.
If the situation will prompt again, wait aa few hours to check the issue is gone.
Weird, but it works. Just exercise patience.
