SkyShowtime Skyshowtime doesn't download subtitles

Hello everyone. Skyshowtime doesn't download subtitles on four South Park specials, I tried it in the browser and there are subtitles. I also tried to download some movies, there are subtitles

My SkyShowtime subscription ended before three days ..
.. so I can't test and there are > 3000 lines for iris.mts.rs in log ..
.. that doesn't make it any easier for me.

I see in Log:

Subtitle not exists: ""
..
SkyShowTime Download, before remux, subtitle file .. en-US_subtitle.srt is existed ? : 0, file size : 0
SkyShowTime Download, skip this unavailable subtitle file

but the correct urls for missing subs are in log - example: South Park: Post COVID

I can't see where the correct subs for Bob Marli comes from ..
.. so test if you have access to the listed files and dl if you need.

on iris I download with DRM MPD Downloader, and I don't have problem with this. So, I delete old log in folder tried download again, and upload new log for Skyshowtime. And, later I will test
