Hulu failing to analyze some videos

I have been trying to download The Penguin for the last two weeks now and it fails after analyzing says something real quick about max downloads and then the screen refreshes. I was able to get the first 2 episodes but nothing else after that. It seems to be hit or miss with what I click in Hulu as to if I get this message or not.

What Hulu plan do you have? do you also subscribe to Max through Hulu?

My understanding of The Penguin is that is a Max program, so to view/download it on Hulu, you need to subscribe to Hulu's Max add-on.

I have the max plan. I was able to download the first 2 episodes initially, then after that it started failing on analyzing. I can watch it no problem via Hulu just can't pull it in streamfab

So, if I change the video codec from x265 to x264 in preferences for Hulu then it will let me pull the newer episodes for the Penguin

If that is the case, it is the h265 bug I have been a bit vocal about lately. Some people have no issues, others are like me, no h265 on stuff that should be.

Yeah I had no issues on the first two episodes only later. It's not just that show either its hit or miss so I just put it back to h264

When I was trying to get LA Law, the first couple episodes worked in h265, afterwards no joy. And that is where I did more exploring to see the issue went much further.
