Now downloader doesn't work

I do wish I would take my own advice. I vowed never to purchase any other DVD Fab product again but Sky have tempted me with a couple of documentaries appearing this month and next month. So I've purchased a 6 month subscription to now. Went to get the downloader and as there was an offer of $53.99 I went for it. When the payment check screen popped up there was nothing about the price and when it went through the unnecessary 3 computer licence and download service were also added so I paid $93.99.
To make matters worse I went to do my first downloads from Now and it doesn't even work. So now I have a 6 month sub that I can't get a refund on.

Support suggest deleting LOG and TEMP and that seems to have worked. Very strange. Hope I don't need to do that every time.

Why can't I switch on , open Streamfab , log into NOW and then select a download? Every time its either a failed download , failed log in or something else, Really would be nice for it to work without jumping through hoops every time

Streamfab have released some crap modules in its lifetime but this one really is a complete waste of time. It takes multiple attempts to actually get anything to download then when it does the files don't burn to bluray properly. All day today been trying to download. Earlier on it failed every time then got one download completed now its back to usual and nothing downloads. Definitely the NOW module as other services work properly.
Now 5 minutes later the download works. Please sort this out - and please try to find out why files burnt to disc lose lipsynch at ad breaks

Not sure why I didn't take the trial for this one. Wish I had. Anyone wondering whether to purchase this module: DON'T.

In addition - when I do manage to download something (nothing at all today - just fails constantly) Bluray Creator makes a disc where lipsynch is way out after the ad break . This is definitely a DVD FAB problem as Leawo Bluray Creator does the discs perfectly
