There was some type of attempt of a fix for canal + in newest 6.2.0.2.
If not fixed, then more info would be needed like error messages, what you're doing when it happens and another info that might be helpful and maybe even screenshots might help,What a waste of time, streamfab's so-called support.
As far as logs, send them via SF itself, send feedback, or via (https://www.dvdfab.cn/member.htm?a=get_support). Sending feedback via SF is also viewable on the member site. -
