    Is Amazon Broken?

    On 6.2.0.2. Amazon analyzes then goes back to home screen but never pops up download dialogue box.

    Disregard. I'm dumb. The update signed me out of Amazon.

        U.S. Amzn working ok. Asked for Best Qual, got 1080. Asked for 1080, got 1080.

          Maybe try logging out and then back in?
          If not then uninstall by going to add or remove programs, in Win10/11 uninstall, and then download the offline installer and install SF again.
          Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.
          Things need to be done with active moderatoration.
