Nobody wrote here anything about Temp

    I don't know what's your problem ..
.. then single steps: open only %AppData%

or press Win+R paste or write %AppData% and click OK

typically you see: C:\Users\ Your Username \AppData\Roaming

    Doubleclick DVDFab
    Doubleclick StreamFab

Not the StreamFab that has a TEMP folder, but the one MidnightInAurora listed.
Or use the way Germinia shows it.

You advised following your link. In the linked page you say : "Look in your SF Settings where is "Temp Directory"

But don't worry about it. I'll wait for them to correct it. Lifes too short

And I already went to the USERS folder but can't find anything there either. Under my Windows username there is nothing saying APP DATA

Edit - copy and pasted the "%appdata%" into the run box and Roaming appeared . Got to Advertise and there were 3 folders all empty. Deleted the Advertise folder but that made no difference.
Deleted it a second time and added my own Advertise folder hoping they wouldn't add their own but again the ad still appeared.

Yet another problem . Spend more time trying to get round errors than actually using the products these days

Since I never received the popup in #11 in SF ..
.. my first post was unfortunately not applicable to your banner,
as I assumed it was the advertisement below left in SF.

Then you wanted to know where the StreamFab.ini is
and you must have (finally) found the folder ..
.. so change the content of ini as indicated in post #8

                Incredible.
Netflix stopped working with the new version so I decided to try the old one but couldn't so had to reinstall the update and guess what. That poxy pop up ad is back. Why the hell didn't they remove it in the update?
