Amazon Cannot get 5.1 audio due to analyzing s01e01

This is NOT a new problem, it started several versions ago but I did not see it as I was getting other shows.
Trying to get later seasons (anything Season 3 and beyond) of NCIS with 5.1 640 audio is not possible with the current state of the program.
S01E01 has 2.0 audio and therefore that is what is offered on the download screen because that is what the program analyzes. Even more fun, if you try downloading S22 you get descriptive audio, because, that audio stream must mach up with the 2.0 stream that is present in S01. I did not experiment with other seasons but at minimum you will probably get 2.0 audio, and the chances of it being descriptive audio are high.
I have the options set to download best video quality but there is no option for setting to best audio quality. Even if there was one, I would not want to get stuck with a dialog boost option.
Please restore ability to analyze individual episodes that existed several versions ago. Jack mentions it in a post of things that got broken, including this.
If there was a best audio stream option, that is a band-aid as long as it is not a dialog boost option.

Thanks Wilson. In the mean time I am running the modified script suggested by 0xFeedBeef that forces SF to look at the current season in my watch list and not the other seasons. But each time I update SF I need to modify the script again.

Yes, we have been reporting on this problem for weeks, but no one was interested...

But I am glad that it is now being noticed....

Wilson.Wang, while you are at it, please have them look at using the metadata for the episode numbers instead of counting with the incremental counter they use (counter += 1)

          If a show only has episodes 1, 3, 5, 7 available, StreamFab will name them 1, 2, 3, 4 instead of 1, 3, 5, 7.

Wilson.Wang, apparently, according to Sebastian001, there is no issue with episode numbering for Amazon.de but i know for a fact there is an issue for PrimeVideo:

There are issues with the episode numbers on Amazon.de, and I’ve reported it before, but no one seemed to care. Same goes for the ongoing naming issues on Netflix/Amazon, where it only outputs in 720p H264, even though the file is 1080p H265.

No, no.... in the meantime I discovered that it doesn't work in Germany either.

I was going to have a go at fixing that with a yet another hack, but it's literally a major PITA: the Season/Episode *text* is presented in freeform (unstructured) so you'll need to write a parser for every single language version of UI that Amazon presents...

I saw this too on a show. Drove me crazy figuring out what the problem was. Then I looked at imdb as well and figured it out, and manually renamed the downloads.

Amazon has been a mess for many versions now. DO you see anything in the update logs in like past 5 version saying anything about Amazon? NO and it still is not working right.
What a waste of time, streamfab so-called support.
