I've managed to download from Now over the last week but its been very intermittent sometimes taking many many attempts before the download begins. I have nearly everything I want from there at the moment but frustration doesn't even come close to describing the experience. I hope it gets sorted

Yes seeing this problem also.
For me was able to download ok up to 24th October.
Analyses ok but fails to download.
Also was seeing the lip sync issues when creating media after editing out advert breaks.

I only paid for Now a couple of weeks back and the module has not worked properly since I purchased it so a refund is in order. However I have managed to download most of what I attempt but it takes ages and ages to work and is very hit and miss.
I purchased the Leawo Bluray Creator and the Now downloads work fine with that although it doesn't separate each download into a separate title.
DVD Fab really need to pull their finger out and get their second rate products working properly
