Amazon Analyze fails

As of today, nothing can be downloaded from Amazon anymore because analysis fails—you can’t even get into the box.

Ya probably should change your icon to Amazon, right now it looks like a regular concern.

Same here in UK. Amazon.co.uk was working until about 14:00 GMT.
Now the pop-up no longer appears:
"Analysing video URL" completes
Fails quickly at "Analysing Metadata Information".

Interestingly, Channel 4 in the UK has started playing up too. The video can be added to the download queue but the "Digital Rights Management (DRM) Not Enabled" warning on the browser shows up when SF attempts to download.

Amazon fiddled with the structure of their webpages, probably a slow roll out since the "only 25 episodes visible" problem. Just need to wait for SF to fix the page parser, here's the problem:-

Good to know...yesterday amazon downloader worked fine, today also me suffers of the analyze bug. It says "the player was not run correctly".

I'm not getting any kind of error, it just never presents download options and goes back to the Prime index page or previous search page.

Updated to 6.2.0.3 and can confirm no analysis completes. Just goes back to home.

Same here for amazon eight legged Freaks. Logs attached, I also tried reverting to prior versions back to 6199. Same problem. Runs and plays fine on my Firefox browser.

Yeah Amazon's broken for me too, what's weird is that I was still able to get the 20 items I had in que from yesterday no problem, I just couldn't add anything more (Analyze failed is what it looks like).

Same here. It gets as far as "Analyzing Metadata Information," then vanishes and reverts to the Prime hosting page.

Anything that I have in queue won't download - it results in "failure accessing video information."

I suffer from the same symptom: amazon.de
Not a single series or movie analyzes correctly. Unusable.

I'd like to edi my post, but i want to tell that also here on amazon.it (Italy) the same problems occur. I think that there are modifications in place on amazon prime video site... just to be patient to let the SF team look at and get a fix.... Greets to everyone!
