Max MAX Analyze Movies and Tv Series failing

Beginning sometime yesterday I am getting analysis failures for MAX titles (both movies and TV series). I've attached a logfile.

In log I see:

[Critical]: Unable to attach to shared memory segment.
[Critical]: error : 5
[Critical]: errorString : "QSharedMemory::handle: doesn't exist"

But I've the same errors in log and playing + analyzing works for me (Max USA)




The difference in your log is:

[Info]: OnAddressChange - strUrl : "https://play.max.com/error"
[Info]: Pplay error back: 1

That is not in my log

Can you try to rename your cache (if SF closed) like here

That worked. I had tried that once before as part of my usual set of tricks, when things like this happen. Not sure why it took two tries but it's working again.
