I don't think so - looks like the server problem was resolved some hours ago

I used VPN in CA, Ontario - VPN/DNS by SurfShark [ISP Datacamp Ltd]

It's not related the DNS, normally, the error message can be only encountered who using the crack version or other way bypass the authorizetion.

thanks Germania...So on my laptop I upgraded streamfab from 6204 to 6205...after the upgrade streamfab no longer showed that unauthorized error message from ctv, but then ctv didn't even play any of the shows i wanted, which was the one day at a time and different strokes series from the throwback section....also i think i tried a couple of other shows as well just to see if it would work, but still no picture...instead i just saw a blank square where the show would normally play, and that streamfab circle at the lower right did not change from grey to orange....then today i thought i would try the show you had as an example, which was tracker s02e06, and to my suprise it worked. Later in the day i then tried a "different strokes" episode, and that worked...so thanks...if you didn't mention that you were able to get that tracker episode I probably would have just given up trying to get those shows from ctv. Trying that tracker episode seemed to have fixed something.
