Newest Streamfab 6.2.0.5 - ROKU - not Muxing Audio into Video

With Streamfab's newest version (6.2.0.5), specifically on ROKU website, I've done several tests trying to download some TV episodes. I see the Video download, followed by Audio download. Then the remux happens. But the end result video files contain no audio track. Please look into and resolve.
And I did confirm by downloading from other sites who had the same show (Tubi, Pluto) that those versions download the audio and mux into the video perfectly. SO, it's an issue with Roku.

What's selected in: VIP - Preferred Settings "Video Format" ?
Try mp4 or change mkv (mkvtoolnix) to ffmpeg - info

Thanks for that info Germania. My VIP output (my usual) was set to MP4, with AAC audio. For me, tends to generate quickest results on my system.
Would you be willing to test a few episodes of Season 33 of this show (output to MP4/AAC), and tell me if your end result video file has audio muxed in? I had the issue with every episode in this season, as well as S34.
My results from last night (when played through VLC) showed no audio track included in the video file at all (in the CODEC info screen). Corroborated at MediaInfoOnline.
Wondering if this is one of those sites where I can still grab the goods without needing a login, or if perhaps, a login is now part of the requirements (to get good audio with the video). Odd if that were the case, since I've never had to be 'logged in' before to grab....
Thanks again, and I'll experiment some more tonight with different formats.

close down streamfab and clear your cache and restart
streamfab and see if you still have issues with roku. i was able to download S33 E01 of the antiques roadshow without issue.

          I have not forgotten ..
.. but the DL (with VPN) takes longer than the episode length
          (video <1 MB/s, audio <100 kB/s)

SF show dl audio and in "Downloaded" it shows AAC ..

.. but my result have also no audio - and no errors in log, only:
          Code:
[Info]: Roku Download, skip this unavailable audio file

Due to a lack of free time, I won't be able to do any more tests until tomorrow

Germania, thanks for the testing you did. You're basically having the same issue I''m having. I am going to try a few more variations (output MKV, EAC). I may also try to just extact the audio... As a last ditch effort, I may try to hunt for the individual audio and video streams in the STREAMFAB TEMP folder, and if I can find them, I can always try running some FFMPEG command line stuff to mux them together outside of Streamfab.
And yes... I also noticed an excruciatingly SLOW download time...Which makes testing variations not all that fun.
I thought I'd found a workaround by grabbing from PLUTO, but several of their episodes from S33 (01, 03, 22, 26, & 29) came out to be only 5 minutes. So I have to try and get ROKU to get me what I want for those episodes.

I have to assume from that, that this slowness and audio fail is a STREAMFAB glitch...
I've never used N_m3u8DL-RE before. Does it work in the same vein as yt-dlp? I'm intrigued.

Both can dl unprotected + protected audio/video/subs

The advantage of yt-dlp is that (mostly for free content) an m3u8/mpd
link is not always required (uses extractor for many websites)

The advantage of N_m3u8DL-RE is that it can use mp4decrypt and/or
shaka-packager to also decrypt the downloaded content (option --key)

But of course for DRM protected content you need the key(s) to decrypt
