    And so has at least 100 other issues been reported, HA HA HA HA.
    What a waste of time, streamfab's so-called support.
    Don't post logs on the forum, send them via SF itself, send feedback, or via (https://www.dvdfab.cn/member.htm?a=get_support). Sending feedback via SF is also viewable on the member site.

      Judy, here's a little word to the wise... don't go rushing to the developer to report trouble when only those reporting the problems are New or Junior Members. This is especially true when all those saying there is no problem have the title as Members and have several hundred posts between them. It has been my opinion that New and Junior Members should not be allowed to post. They need to read and learn from Members who have way more experience and have seen it all, for the most part before.

      Furthermore, I think you need to go back to your previous job or whatever miscellaneous project they found for you in Customer Service and stay away from this forum. You offer the users nothing by referring everything to a developer when the problem could be solved by using the basic troubleshooting tactics that could be learned by anyone that has bothered to read the writings of other experienced Members. Wilson.Wang - It is way past the time that Germania should have been named Moderator and Administrator. He is the StreamFab user's greatest resource. I just hope that he doesn't get burnt out, like Jack and I did, by your constant ignoring us.

          It's not just new or junior members having this problem. That is just a status on how many times you have posted. I too, have had this issue for a while now. I haven't had time to come here to add my comments to the conversation. I have been a DVDFab user for 20 years and StreamFab for 4. So, I have learned the ins an outs of these programs and how to overcome a lot of it's glitches.

          This issue seems to be an odd one since the normal correction methods do not resolve it. In addition to what other people have to do, I also have to log out of Max and log back in for it to work. To me, it seems like its something with the authentication and all of the redirects that's causing the issue. I've seen it happen on other software that I use, but I'm not a coder by trade. Just someone that's been building computers and networks professionally for 30 years. There's no way the devs can create software for every variation of system that is out there since MS can't even make patches for the OSs that they create without breaking some.

              I don't see any StreamFab.log and not even any info about
              which countries are involved (HBO MAX is not everywhere) ..
              .. and the only title that was named was successfully checked.
              Problems with titles that HBO Max has but Max doesn't - Discovery+ ?

              How can we help here?
              Problems that I cannot recreate often cannot be solved by me.

                    I used a VPN,Three days ago, the video could still be analyzed and downloaded in seconds, but recently it has taken a long, long time to analyze,I have used many VPNs from Hong Kong and Taiwan, but they are all the same

                      For me, it's still like this (tested with vpn in USA + Indonesia)

                      This is not an SF issue

                      Either it's your VPN - with my previously used one I had
                      "Something has gone wrong" for the first time earlier.
                      Maybe MAX has changed something in the VPN blocking ..

                        I now tried Windscribe/Eset in Hong Kong - it was very slooow
                        and SurfShark in Taiwan a little bit slower as in USA
                        It shows different resolution (but only more black frames)
