I have never been able to log into TCM using the StreamFab browser. Someone told me it was something to due with the way the browser managed popup windows? But I was always able to work around this issue by browsing to another site (espn.com) and setting my TV provider there. Then StreamFab would be aware of who my provider is and downloading from TCM would work.
Now I have just upgraded from 6.1.9.9 to 6.2.0.7. (Ironically, I waited so long to upgrade because of reported problems with the DRM MPD module). After upgrading, I have noticed some difference in the browser, for example it now asks to save passwords, so I tried logging into TCM to see if it might work. When I tried to sign in from the TCM page, I got the "choose your provider" window, and selected Cox. The browser then opened two new windows, an about:blank window and the signin page from Cox. I entered my credentials and hit OK, and StreamFab immediately crashed - the window vanished.
So then I restarted and went back to my workaround. I browsed to espn.com and selected "Enter TV Provider". It let me successfully log in to my Cox account. I then browsed to TCM and tried to download something. IT NO LONGER WORKS. It no longer remembers that I'd logged in through espn and wants me to log in again through TCM, which crashes. So now I am completely screwed.
StreamFab.log
Here is the log from the crash when logging in from TCM. I really need this fixed, as I am basically locked out of StreamFab until it is. In the meantime, could somebody PLEASE send me a link to version 6.1.9.9, so I can continue to use the program in the meantime?
Thanks!
