Disney+ Does not recognize video

I'm trying to download from Disney Plus, but I can't. What happens is that I enter Disney Plus, but nothing happens. The software doesn't recognize any video and the video analysis button remains gray and doesn't turn orange. This problem is with all versions released so far. Looks like Hotstar was never supported - see post from 2023 here

Since April there is no more free content to test at Hotstar India ..
(I think it's the same with MENA like MENASA)

If memory serves me correctly, at one point Hotstar was available in South America. In Brazil, to be specific. I'm pretty sure it was Disney that shut it down under the Hotstar name, and not anything that SF had a hand in. I believe I remember one user that was very upset about it. That user has since modified (somehow) their account, and all their previous messages are gone. The only thing that remained the same was their avatar. Now that person seems to be someone else.

Yes, you can dl encrypted videos with N_m3u8DL-RE
I use this always for my Disney videos (faster than SF)
But the DL is still of no use to you if you don't have a key to decrypt the video.
