Just to confirm, Vudu is currently limited to 480p and AAC audio, is that correct?

Looks like the "Sony problem" @ NF ..
.. Vudu (Fandango at Home) seems to offer only 480p if Chrome used.

Apparently it only plays in HD if you're using Edge or Safari

I just tried this! I had tried the RecordFab app with really poor results. The Long Riders was successful on RF but was over 13GIG. With StreamFab, Long Riders records in 720p and was a normal 1.2gb file size. THAT is useable! Going to give a few others a try.

Just tried The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies and it only downloaded in 480p. However, this is still fine with me. I own over 3000 movies on VUDU a lot of which are not on MoviesAnywhere and sometimes we like to record some movies for trips when internet may not be available for streaming.

480p is a turd in most cases.
Guess that explains why they did not make a Vudu (aka Fandango Now) standalone module.
I guess it's a start.
