YouTube Movies Never Used YouTube Downloader Before ... What Am I Doing Wrong?

    Hi Guys,

I need your help / advice.

I've never used the YouTube downloader module of StreamFab before today, and wanted to download the "Expedition Sasquatch 4" movie since it's never been released on Prime. I'm pretty savvy with using StreamFab, but keep getting the following issue when trying to use YouTube:

The title plays without issue via StreamFab's browser -just can't download it.

If anyone can offer me an 'idiots guide' to using the YouTube module I'd be forever grateful.

Tried it with and without using VPN. UK based. Signed in to YouTube. Yes, I have cleared my cache and cookies.

No issues downloading from Prime, Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+ or any of the add-on channels I have through Prime.

    Only issue is with YouTube!

    6.2.0.8 Log.zip

    Cheers guys.

Many thanks for the suggestion. Tried it -still failed for me. I've tried both 1080p and 720p. With subs and without. The weird thing is, I am able to download other titles from YouTube without issue? But this title ... no deal.

YT with DRM protected titles is broken for a long time ..
.. but this is DRM free and so it works without login required.

No problem detected (max H264 resolution)

The only difference I see in your log is
        Code:
[Info]: ERROR: unable to download video data: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden
        But I don't know why ..
.. try again with a new (clean) Temp Directory (change in SF settings)
Disable "Auto Analysis" (also in General) wait until the ads ended (video starts)
and then click the orange button to analyze

Thanks Germania. I ended up taking the nuke option. I did a complete 'clean' uninstall, restarted and reinstalled. Objective accomplished. Don't know what happened to cause this glitch. But I am extremely grateful to both you and october262 for your input and assistance. Thanks guys.
