Hello,

I've had a few Amazon Prime films fail to download with the error "Failed To Obtain The Decryption Key, Please Contact Us For Assistance"

These are the titles:

Gardens Of Stone
Sexette
Spirit: Stallion Of Cimarron

Is this as simple as it sounds and these particular titles are not downloadable? All the other Amazon content I've tried is working fine.

I'm using Stream Fab 6.2.0.8.

All of these titles are locked. Did you pay for them, renting or otherwise?

Thanks for replying theresay. All the titles are available in the UK and are working fine today, so I think it was just a VPN issue yesterday (from checking the forum and spotting Germania had replied to issues relating to the same error message - sorry that I didn't check the forum properly before posting)
